Ingredients


  • 3 cups of almond milk or coconut milk 
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or manuka honey
  • water ( if needed )
  • 1/4 lemon ( optional ) 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add some ice for extra chillness :)
