Creamy Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup mixed red fruits

1 cup goat´s kefir

2 tbsps chia seeds

1 cup coconut milk

Directions

  1. Wash and pat all produce dry.
  2. Transfer ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Notes

I normally have this smoothie for breakfast or merienda so I love to add some oats to make it more nutritious and yummy. 

If you are a coconut lover, add a spoon of raw coconut oil!
