Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup kefir or greek yoghourt 
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any nut milk 
  • 1 tsp coconut oil 

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, mix until smooth and ENJOOOOY!
